'Be Yourself You Are Beautiful'.
My goal for 2024 is to capture 365 women of all ages and stages of life. This project is about self-love, self-acceptance, body positivity, and ending ageism because there is beauty at every age. You are born naturally beautiful, talented, radiant, gorgeous, kind, smart, and loving.
I work outdoors with natural light.
In my sessions we work with nature and the seasons. Creating beautiful art images that are raw, real, and honest.

- My mission is to show every woman that she is beautiful inside and out. She is worthy and deserving of loving herself and living the life she desires.
- In my Body Art Photoshoots, we celebrate the female form and each divine woman who comes into this space. I capture the pure essence of you. Often in ways, you’ve not seen yourself before.
- As women, we have complex relationships with our bodies and layered stories stored within us. Our bodies carry stories. The more we gather with other women and share our stories the more we heal, feel seen, heard, and supported and part of a community.
- I encourage you to embrace your authenticity, release limiting beliefs and find inner peace and acceptance for the body you are in. Let your dreams be your wings and shine bright embracing all that you are.
- You are a gift and a treasure. Your body is extraordinary, accept her, appreciate her, admire her and be grateful for everything you’ve been through together. Your body is always there for you. When you slow down enough to feel within your body you may hear messages from your soul, tune into your inner knowing and hear what is true for you beyond what you believe to be true.
- This is a wholehearted experience to fill your cup. A safe and inclusive space where all parts of you are welcome. A space of love and kindness where respect is always practiced. Where you can soften, breathe, share, listen, and be heard. Believe in yourself and your uniqueness. Connect with your true essence and acknowledge all parts of you. Embrace play, and joy, cultivate self-love, inspire hope, and celebrate yourself and your sisters!
- May you trust in the journey and where you are at in this very moment. Knowing you are exactly where you are meant to be. We show up for ourselves and each other to share and heal. To make a difference. You can make a difference and you can be the change you wish to see.
